Alicia is a self-taught baker and cake decorator who discovered her passion for baking in 2010. What began as a hobby creating cakes for family and friends quickly blossomed into a true calling. She turned her talent into a business and founded Irresistible Delights in May 2010.
The name was inspired by a friend’s playful comment after tasting one of her cakes: “Your cakes are beautiful—I can’t have just one slice.” From that moment, Alicia knew her God-given talent was meant to be shared, and Irresistible Delights was born.
Over the years, the business has expanded beyond custom cakes and treats to include personalized party favors and digital products created for DIY enthusiasts and fellow crafters. Alicia is dedicated to making every celebration memorable—whether through beautifully designed cakes, unique party essentials, or creative digital tools. At Irresistible Delights, every creation is crafted with care to ensure it not only looks stunning but tastes just as irresistible.

My name is Alicia, I’m a self-taught baker and decorator. I began baking and decorating cakes as a hobby at the beginning of 2010 for family and friends. I realized I had a passion for this creative art and started to explore it more. I didn’t seriously consider cake decorating as a business until my sister, Stacey, adamantly encouraged me to start a business baking and decorating cakes because my talent and demand for her cakes were growing.
The idea of the business name didn’t occur to me until one day a friend said jokingly to me, “Your cakes are beautiful. I can’t have just one slice.” From this I realized “God has given me the talent to share with you…..” and I call it Irresistible Delights. Irresistible Delights started in May 2010. Our cakes are made to order. We custom make designs for your special event to make your dreams a reality.
